BOSTON, MA - (February 18, 2016) – NVBOTS, the provider of automated, enterprise 3D printing solutions disrupting business and education, today announced Mr. Carey Chen, CEO & Vice Chairman of the Board of Cincinnati Incorporated, is joining the NVBOTS Board of Directors. Mr. Chen brings more than 20 years of executive experience in corporate finance, strategy, business development, manufacturing, and industrial engineering to the role.

Mr. Chen has been CEO & Board Director at Cincinnati Incorporated since January 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Chen served as VP and General Manager of Light Industrial Businesses, CFO & CIO at Hypertherm, Inc. He was also formerly VP of finance at Wiremold/Legrand and VP & CFO at Bayliner Marine Corp., a division of Brunswick Corp. In addition, he is a Board of Managers Member at EconoPure Water Systems; is a Board Director of J.P. Nissen Co.; is a Senior Advisor for Verit Advisors; and is a Board Director & Treasurer of the American Welding Society. Mr. Chen received his undergraduate degree in applied mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles and earned a masters in business administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
