With 30 years of experience as an engineer, technology executive, and CEO, Michael is a respected manufacturing expert in the field and is also a Mechanical Engineering faculty member at MIT. Dr. Foley is currently an Operating Advisor with Artemis Capital Partners, an Executive Advisor to Corning Incorporated, and an investor in and Board member of multiple for-profit companies including Hypertherm, Adcole, and others. “NVBOTS continues to gain considerable traction in offering enterprise 3D printing solutions, unlike anything else on the market,” said NVBOTS CEO AJ Perez. “Based on our current trajectory and multi-metal 3D printing focus, Michael is a tremendous asset to NVBOTS, given his deep manufacturing and engineering expertise. His insights are invaluable.” Before joining Artemis Capital Partners, from 1997 to 2013 Dr. Foley served as CEO of Reflexite Corporation (sold to Orafol). Prior to Reflexite, he was Group VP and GM for the Laboratory Products Group of Life Sciences International, Inc. (sold to Thermo Instruments, NASDAQ: THI in 1997). Prior to that, Dr. Foley was Manager of Process and Product Development for the Contact Lens Division of Bausch and Lomb, Inc. He also held project management, marketing and technical positions at Draper Labs in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
