Getting the Word Out on 3D Printing in Education…and Beyond

Getting the Word Out on 3D Printing in Education…and Beyond

At our core, NVBOTS is committed to training the next generation of scientists, engineers, designers and inventors on design for 3D printing. We want to inspire them to bring their ideas to life, in ways never before thought possible.

As part of this effort, we are focused on making people aware of the profound impact 3D printing can have on young innovators and are excited to participate in some great events in the coming weeks. We will be offering insight into ways 3D printing can be integrated into the learning process, while also talking about new 3D printing opportunities on the horizon!

To start, this week, NVBOTS CEO AJ Perez will be giving a session at the Inside 3D Printing conference in NYC on April 17th! He will be part of an expert panel focused on 3D Printing in Education, where issues related to curriculum development and policies will be discussed.

The very next week, NVBOTS will be part of the Cambridge Science Festival on Tuesday, April 21. Partnering with the MIT Museum, NVBOTS will be part of a “What Will They Print up Next?” exhibit, allowing attendees to explore unconventional ideas MIT researches are creating through 3D printing.

In early May, CEO AJ Perez will be heading to Germany for the talKIT conference, Europe’s largest student-run technology conference. There, he will provide attendees with an overview of additive manufacturing, while offering insight into needs for future advancement, as well as 3D printing opportunities in business and other domains.

And those are just a few of the events coming up! For example, we will also be making our way to Minneapolis late May for the NSTA STEM conference, but more on that…and other opportunities…later.

Whether you are planning to attend any of the above events – or simply want to learn more about 3D printing for young learners and educators, please reach out to us. We would love you to be part of our growing community committed to motivating a new generation of inventors to follow their dreams!
