About Us

At NVBOTS, we believe that students must bring their ideas to life. The contemporary 3D printing process is far too cumbersome for most students and teachers, prohibiting widespread adoption of a technology that offers a hands-on, interdisciplinary approach to STEAM education.

Our solution is an easy-to-use and easy-to-share 3D printing experience. To challenge the status quo, we have created the first end-to-end 3D printing solution. At the core of our technology is the NVPro: the world’s only 3D printer with automated part removal. Paired with our cloud-based interface, the NVPro runs continuously 24-7 from any device.

To aid educators in adopting this versatile technology, we provide educational modules designed with the Common Core Standards and Next Generation Science Standards in mind. We also test and certify our filament so our customers can enjoy high-quality, consistent 3D printing with their NVPro.

Meet Our Team

aj

AJ Perez, CEO

AJ (Alfonso) Perez is the co-founder and CEO of New Valence Robotics Corporation. AJ holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Engineering in Manufacturing from MIT. His studies focus on mechanical design and manufacturing processes automation. AJ has developed and taught several classes during his career. Most recently, he co-developed the first graduate level 3D printing class for the department of Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In collaboration with Citizen Schools, AJ developed a team-based experiential 3D design and 3D printing class for 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students. He was a teaching assistant for the MIT Gordon Engineering Leadership and an engineering design teaching assistant for the MITES program. During his senior year at MIT, AJ patented a novel gynecological surgery device as well as an automated network 3D printer.
